As of today, current Chief Financial Officer, Brian Mckenzy, is stepping down from his duties and the new CFO, Thomas Fawke has assumed the position immediately.

In his place, Thomas Fawke, who previously worked as Chief of Human Resources at Ahorus Corporation, has agreed to the board’s offer to join the company in a permanent position. “I look forward to making the most of this exciting opportunity, and hope to bring the Prisma Corporation to new heights. With my years of expertise and experience at Ahorus, I hope to increase the corporation’s foot hold on its markets and maximize profitability and shareholder returns.”, said Thomas Fawke, Chief Financial Officer, in a statement to the press earlier today.
